The MovementIt takes courage. We help it go further.
Being a founder today requires courage. Entire families rest on your shoulders, and the weight of the change you're trying to make falls on you before it falls on anyone else. Becoming a guiding light for your community, a social entrepreneur, is not an easy task. It requires guidance, specific tools, and mentors willing to give their time to serve businesses still finding their footing.
The Business Innovators Program is a center of knowledge and growth for businesses working to lead social change, a place founders return to year after year, not just a program they pass through once.
Ten intensive days in Boston and Providence. Workshops on financial literacy, problem diagnosis, applied technology, and structured business execution. Consulting sessions with industry leaders who built companies listed on the Forbes 500. Admissions sessions at Harvard, MIT, and Brown. A team consulting project for a local business, ending with the 2026 Business Innovators Summit, where established business leaders meet to network with students.
Once a student completes their first year, they earn the opportunity to return as a Second Year Participant, building on what they started with a network already behind them.
