The 2026 program runs five workshop days, and each day follows what a practitioner has taught. Some days feature two or three of them speaking together, so the work one practitioner introduces builds directly on what another covered that same day.

What the day covers

The session covers line-by-line reading of a profit and loss statement, construction of a cash flow model from scratch, separation of one-time and recurring costs, and product pricing that preserves margin. Each team builds a working financial model for its venture using AI tooling and tests its margins against cost shocks.
